PROCESSING TIME

Each item is handmade with love which means the time needed to prepare orders may vary.

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be completed and ready to ship. Large orders may require additional days (i.e., custom orders).

We do not accept rush orders, however, if you need an order for a specific date and are not sure if you will receive it on time, please send us a message before placing the order to make sure we can accommodate sending it out on time.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is recommended to place an order with as much anticipation possible to allow enough time for processing and shipping. Orders are worked on in the order they are received so please keep in mind the current processing time needed prior to shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Our handmade party decorations are custom made and are therefore final sale. Cancellations, returns or exchanges are NOT accepted, unless due to a mistake on our end.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us immediately after receiving it so that we can resolve the issue.
